Cynara is a graduate of The Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy and is registered with Canada's Remedial Massage Therapists Association (RMTA).  Her treatments can be claimed for reimbursement through your insurance provider for those that have massage therapy benefits. Before moving back to Regina, Cynara owned and operated the successful Good Spirit Massage Therapy Preeceville location and has considerable experience in the spa industry as well as in specialized assessment and treatment of specific injuries.

Alissa Hill took on wellness education from a deep calling to help others find sustainable, whole-body healing and relief through massage and movement.

After experiencing the profound benefits of Thai Massage, yoga and wellness practices such as sound healing, breathwork, visualization and meditation she is honoured to introduce new and experienced practitioners to these life-enriching practices. Alissa has been practicing a variety of yoga styles across the country for 13 years and went on to obtain her 200h foundational yoga teacher certification through the Naked Truth Yoga program based out of Vancouver, BC. Over the last 3 years, Alissa has had the privilege of teaching a variety of disciplines in studio environments, private and semi-private sessions, and has also taught abroad in South America.

Passionate about discovering new and varied ways of supporting her clients by expanding her knowledge and offerings, Alissa maintains a 150H Somatic Thai Massage certification, as well as restorative yoga coursing from Mandorla Institute based out of Calgary, AB. She is a certified sound healer through Soul Remember and offers sound baths & private sound healing sessions.

Alissa prides herself in going above and beyond in every session, ensuring each client feels supported with tools, practices, and stretches they can integrate into their daily life to help sustain and expand the benefits of the work she conducts in session. She has hundreds of hours of wellness training and experience working with a variety of clients in private and group settings.

Nicole has been a RMT since 2014, graduating from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Regina. With her interest in anatomy and her "soft hands", massage was a natural calling and something that had always interested her. Nicole's treatments are both deeply relaxing and therapeutic, working with your body to bring better alignment, vitality and a sense of well being.
